Thank you for using blocs: Life in Weeks ("the App"). This document outlines our commitment to your privacy and the terms you agree to when using the App.

Privacy Policy

  1. Your Data is Stored Locally. Your date of birth, life expectancy, accent color, and every week's drawing, note, and tag are stored only on your device. We do not have access to this data, and it is never sent to our servers — the App has no account and no cloud sync.
  2. We Collect No Personal Information. The App does not require an account, email, or phone number, and does not run its own analytics or crash reporting.
  3. In-App Purchases. The "Unlock Premium" purchase is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details.
  4. No Ads or Trackers. The App is free of advertisements and third-party trackers.

Terms of Service

  1. You Own Your Content. You retain full ownership of and responsibility for all drawings, notes, and data you create in the App.
  2. In-App Purchases. "Unlock Premium" is a one-time purchase processed by Google Play. Refunds are handled per Google Play's own refund policies, not by us directly.
  3. Back Up Your Data. Because your data is stored only on your device, we cannot help you recover it if you lose your device or uninstall the App. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.
  4. Disclaimer of Warranty. The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or meet all your needs.
  5. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages, including data loss, arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
  6. Changes to These Terms. We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
